Terms
Terms of service
Last updated 3 September 2026. These apply to everyone who uses Hottabl. Where we have signed a separate agreement with you, that agreement wins wherever the two disagree.
1. Who we are, and what Hottabl is
Hottabl is operated by Loyvia Noowallet LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India under LLPIN ACM-2803, with its registered office at 68/1520, 5th Floor, C M Mathew Brothers Arcade, Chakkorathukulam, Nadakavu, Kozhikode – 673011, Kerala, India. “We” and “us” below mean that partnership.
Hottabl itself is a hosted lead-management system. We provide it as a service over the internet; you do not receive a copy of the software and there is nothing to install on your own servers.
Workspaces are set up by us rather than through a sign-up form. Your workspace, its subdomain, the modules switched on for it and the price agreed for it are recorded when we set it up and can be changed by agreement afterwards.
2. Your account
You are responsible for who you invite into your workspace and for what they do there. Roles exist so that you can limit this — use them. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Each person needs their own sign-in. Sharing one login between several people defeats every record of who did what, and we will ask you to stop.
3. Your data stays yours
Everything you put into Hottabl, and everything delivered into it on your behalf, remains yours. We claim no ownership of it and no licence to it beyond what running the service requires. We will not use it to train models, sell it, or share it with anyone outside the providers named in our Privacy notice.
You can ask for an export at any time and we will provide it in a plain, readable format.
4. What you must not use it for
- Uploading contacts you have no lawful basis to hold, or leads bought from a list.
- Sending messages that break the rules of the channel they go out on — WhatsApp’s Business Messaging Policy and Meta’s platform terms apply to you directly, not only to us.
- Anything unlawful, or anything designed to deceive the person on the other end about who they are dealing with.
- Attempting to reach another customer’s workspace, probing the service for weaknesses without telling us first, or reselling access without our agreement.
If you find a security flaw, write to support@hottabl.com. We will not pursue anyone who reports one in good faith and gives us a reasonable chance to fix it.
5. Meta, WhatsApp and other connections
Connecting an ad account or a WhatsApp number puts you in a relationship with that provider as well as with us. Their terms apply to you, their approval decisions are theirs, and their outages are not something we can fix. If Meta suspends an asset or changes what an API returns, we will tell you what we can see and work around it where working around it is possible.
6. Fees
What you pay, in which currency, and how often, is what we agreed when your workspace was set up. It reflects the size of your team and the modules switched on, so adding people or turning something on changes it — we will tell you before it takes effect, never after.
Invoices are due on the date stated on them. If an account falls significantly overdue we may suspend the workspace, and we will warn you before we do. A suspended workspace keeps its data; it simply stops being reachable until the account is settled.
7. Availability
We work to keep Hottabl running continuously, and we will give notice of planned maintenance where we can. We do not promise it will never be unavailable, because no honest hosted service can. Where we have agreed a specific service level with you in writing, that is what applies.
8. Stopping
You can stop using Hottabl at any time. Tell us, take your export, and we will close the workspace — see Deleting your data for what that removes and how quickly.
We may end an account if it goes unpaid after warning, if it is being used for something in section 4, or if we are legally required to. Except where the law or an immediate risk to others prevents it, we will give you notice and a chance to take your data with you.
9. Liability
Hottabl is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for business you believe you would have won. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you directly, in advance, rather than relying on you noticing a new date on this page. Continuing to use Hottabl after a change takes effect means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kozhikode, Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute — unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.
