hottabl Contact sales

Lead ads deliver.
Somebody still has to call.

Hottabl takes every lead your Facebook and Instagram campaigns produce, puts it in one person’s name within seconds, and shows you afterwards who actually followed up.

The form was the easy part

Meta will happily collect a name and a number for you. What it will not do is decide whose job that lead is, notice that nobody rang, or remember what was agreed on the call.

So the lead gets exported to a spreadsheet, or forwarded into a WhatsApp group, and the fastest person takes the good ones. By the time anyone asks which campaign was worth running, the answer is somewhere in a chat history.

Hottabl closes that gap and nothing else. It is a lead desk, not a suite. There is no project board, no invoicing ledger, no email marketing bolted on the side.

What your team actually gets

Leads arrive assigned, not in a pile

A lead form submission reaches Hottabl over Meta’s webhook and is put in someone’s name before they have closed the ad. You decide the split: by campaign, by branch, or weighted so your strongest closer takes more. Connect several ad accounts and they all feed the same desk.

Already been running ads? We can pull in the leads Meta is still holding, so your first day is not an empty screen.

WhatsApp, on the lead

Reply from the record itself, so the conversation is filed against the person rather than living on one rep’s phone. When they leave, it stays.

Follow-ups with a real clock

Due dates read against your workspace’s timezone, not the browser’s. Overdue means overdue where you are.

Quotations

Numbered per workspace, tax per line, in the currency you sell in. Once one is sent it stops being editable, because by then it is a record.

Your pipeline, your words

Statuses, branches and the fields you capture are yours to name. If your team says site visit booked, that is what the board says.

Numbers you can act on

Which campaigns turned into conversations, which turned into customers, and how long each person is taking to make the first call. Counted by the database against every lead you hold, so a busy month does not quietly stop counting.

Three steps, and the first one is ours

  1. 01

    We build your workspace

You tell us how the team is organised, what a lead goes through, and who should see what. We set it up and hand over the keys at your own address — yourcompany.hottabl.com.

  2. 02

    Your admin connects Meta

One button, on your side, using your own Facebook login. We never ask for your password and we never log in as you. If you want your WhatsApp number on it too, we attach that for you.

  3. 03

    Leads land and get worked

Your reps open it on their phones. You watch the pipeline fill, and for the first time you can tell the difference between a campaign that produced enquiries and one that produced customers.

Not everyone should see everything

Access is decided in the database, on every single read, rather than by hiding buttons. A rep who guesses a web address still gets nothing back. When someone leaves, switching them off removes the workspace entirely — not just the menu.

Owner
Everything, plus branding, the team, and what a lead is allowed to be.
Sales manager
Every lead in the workspace, the whole team’s numbers, and the ability to bring people in.
Sales executive
Their own book. A colleague’s lead does not appear, and searching for it finds nothing.
Marketer
Campaign performance and totals for the whole workspace, without reading a single customer’s details.

Each workspace also has its own address and its own session. Being signed in to one does not sign you in to another, which is the part most shared systems get wrong.

Before you write in

Why is there no pricing on this site?

Because no two workspaces are the same shape. What you pay depends on how many people are in it and which parts you switch on, and it moves when those move. We would rather quote you something true than publish a number and add asterisks to it.

Can we try it ourselves first?

There is no self sign-up, deliberately. An empty CRM tells you nothing, and a demo full of invented customers tells you less. We would rather spend half an hour setting it up around your actual pipeline and show you that.

Do we have to move off our current CRM?

Not necessarily. Plenty of teams keep a system of record for accounts and use Hottabl for the part it is built for — the days between an ad being clicked and a deal being agreed. Tell us what you already run and we will say honestly whether we help.

What do you do with our leads?

Hold them for you and nothing else. We do not sell them, share them between workspaces, or use them to train anything. If you leave, you can take them with you and we delete ours — see Privacy and Deleting your data.

Does it work on a phone?

It was built for one. Your reps can install it to the home screen and work from it the way they would any other app — which matters, because the call that decides a lead rarely happens at a desk.

Tell us how your leads reach you today

That one answer usually tells us whether Hottabl is right for you, and we will say so either way. No deck, no discovery sequence.
